ayayaQ provides Bot Commander for Discord (the “App”). This policy explains what data the App stores, transmits, and collects, why it is used, and how you can request deletion.
The App processes information only as needed to provide the features you choose, maintain security, investigate reported AI content, diagnose technical problems, and improve the App. Some information remains on your device, while other information is sent to third-party services or ayayaQ only when required for a feature, as described in this policy. ayayaQ does not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.
Bot configuration, Discord credentials, AI provider keys, commands, interactions, Agent sessions, Agent memories, and application settings are stored locally on your device. This information remains on your device unless you use a feature that sends it to a service as described below. Do not place passwords, API keys, tokens, or other secrets in Agent prompts, memories, report notes, or content intended to be shared.
When the App is installed or used through Google Play, Google Play and related Google Play services may collect information about the App and your device. If you have chosen to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, this may include device type or model, Android and App versions, timestamps, crash and application-not-responding details, stack traces, and other stability, performance, and usage diagnostics. Google makes related error reports and metrics available to ayayaQ through Android vitals in the Google Play Console. ayayaQ uses this information to investigate errors and improve the App; it is not used for advertising.
Google controls this collection and its retention according to your device and Google account settings and the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn more about the developer-facing reports in Google Play Console Help.
When you connect and host a Discord bot, the App sends the bot token and the data needed to perform your configured bot actions to Discord. Discord messages, server identifiers, user identifiers, and related event data may be processed on your device to run those actions. Discord handles data under its own Privacy Policy.
AI features are optional and require an API key you provide. When you use an AI feature, the App sends the prompt and the context required for that feature to your selected provider, OpenAI or OpenRouter. Context may include prior messages, bot commands or interactions, proposed changes, Agent memories, and tool results. The provider returns generated text, reasoning summaries, or generated tool actions to the App.
AI prompts and generated outputs are also sent to OpenAI for safety moderation. When OpenRouter is selected, an OpenAI key is therefore also required. Provider processing is governed by the policies and account terms you have with OpenAI and OpenRouter. ayayaQ does not receive or store your provider API keys.
You may voluntarily report AI-generated content from within the App. A report sends the selected reason, optional notes, the preceding user prompt, the selected AI output, visible reasoning, and generated action proposals to ayayaQ for safety and policy review. It also includes limited technical context such as provider and model names, command or Agent session/message identifiers, timestamps, App version, and platform. Tool results, previous resource state, provider keys, and bot tokens are not intentionally included. The report service may process normal request data such as an IP address and request time for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Reports are used to investigate unsafe AI behavior and improve safety instructions, filters, tests, and moderation. They are not used for advertising or sold. Reports are retained until manually deleted. After submission, the App provides a report reference ID. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected] with that ID.
The App relies on third parties to distribute the App, connect to Discord, provide optional AI features and moderation, host the AI report service, protect that service from abuse, and provide technical diagnostics. These providers may process information only when you use the related feature or when their platform services operate, and each provider handles information under its own privacy policy and terms. The principal services are Google Play and Google Play Services, Discord, OpenAI, and OpenRouter, as described above. Infrastructure providers may also process limited report and request data on ayayaQ’s behalf to operate the report service.
The App does not directly use browser cookies. Websites and third-party services opened from the App may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. The App may also contain links to sites that ayayaQ does not operate. ayayaQ is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, so review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
Network transfers made by the App use HTTPS or the secure connection required by Discord. Local data remains until you delete it in the App, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. AI content reports follow the retention and deletion process described above. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The App is not directed to children under 13. ayayaQ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information in an AI content report, contact ayayaQ so it can be deleted.
This policy may be updated as the App or its data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.
